Heather's volunteer activities include working local polling locations, working with infants and children up to 5 years of age in establishing biblical principles, as well as social and motor skills at her local church. She is a Life Impact group organizer and administrator as well as leader of the group in her local community. Heather has been married for 23 years with 3 children; her oldest son is a junior at SHSU in Huntsville, Texas, her daughter is a freshman at San Jacinto Community College, and her youngest son attends private education in Houston, Texas
